This project was an interesting full gut reno with a third storey addition. We renovated this home down to the studs and redid everything with high end finishings within a 6 month duration. We sold it for just under 2 million.

This full gut reno in downtown Toronto consisted of designing a modern feel for the new buyer. This kitchen has built in appliances and the fridge and dishwasher were panelled for a sharp modern look. We used 3 Quartz slabs that were bookmatched with a waterfall island and backsplash.

This semi detached was totally gutted and refaced with new roof and eaves, new black windows and doors, new porch, and the 1890 red brick was restored. This property was sold for $2 million in 45 days.
