Developing Multiplex Buildings

i thought about this We build new multiplex buildings in Toronto, usually triplexes or fourplexes in up and coming areas in Toronto close to subway lines and 20-30 mins commute from the financial district downtown. We like this strategy since it forces increased equity with a new property with new rents and no major maintenance for 8-10 years. We build 1-2 of these projects per year as long term investments.
